Users of a Toll Road make a purchase decision every time they pass through an electronic toll collection gantry or toss quarters into the basket. As a result, Toll Authorities and their customers have a high level of expectation for the condition and appearance of their roadways and facilities. Infrastructure Corporation of America (ICA) excels in this high quality environment and currently maintains over 900 lane miles of roadway, 82 ramp plazas and 17 main line plazas. Tollway asset maintenance management projects typically include responsibility for pavement maintenance, drainage repair, landscape and turf maintenance, plaza maintenance, incident response, structure repair and traffic services.
ICA routinely exceeds the contract stated performance standards of the respective Toll Authority. The following is a summary of current tollway projects: Tollway Asset Management Client: Orlando Orange County Expressway Authority (OOCEA) 525 South Magnolia Avenue Orlando, FL 32801-4414 ICA performs two contracts with the OOCEA to maintain approximately 350 lane miles of their system and to provide total maintenance services for 52 ramp plazas and 12 mainline plazas. Under these contracts, all of the routine and ordinary maintenance activities associated with the roadway, bridge and toll facilities are the responsibility of ICA. This project covers the Beach Line Expressway, the Central Florida Greene Way and the East-West Expressway in the Orlando area. The original five year contract was recently expanded and renewed for an additional five years. Florida Turnpike |
